Unable to connect to the App after upgrading the belt firmware

For Iphone users​ having difficulty connecting to the App Effort Stream after being prompted to upgrade the belt firmware, please try the following: 
  1. The belt will reset itself if you re-pair it with the phone. Got to Settings > Bluetooth and under My Devices, tap the MZ belt. Go to the MYZONE app and re-attempt to connect 
  2. If there is still no connection, take the belt off, let it beep 3 times, close the app completely and then try to connect again
